I love their specialties, very rich and high quality, the costs have gone up but occasionally it's worth it.

I'd never tried marquesitas before, but I came here to try them. They're delicious and super crunchy. Now I've tried several, and my favorite is the hibiscus jam. The guy told us that all the jams are handmade, and you can taste them, plus they're not cloying, which is appreciated. I highly recommend these marquesitas. They're in a great location, very close to Bellas Artes or the Hidalgo metro station. It's a nice, quiet place. They now have a very attractive activity: you can win a year's worth of marquesitas. I thought it was really cool. The idea is to guess the seasonal flavor. When you stop by their marquesita, ask more about their various activities. I loved that they have a little plant.
